Today I pause in stillness,
To thank You with all I am.
You have been faithful and kind,
In moments I’ve noticed and those I haven’t.
I don’t want to rush past Your blessings.
Not today.
Not ever.
Thank You for the breath in my lungs,
The thoughts in my mind,
The quiet strength You give.
Thank You for mornings filled with light,
And evenings wrapped in rest.
Thank You for hands that hold,
For voices that speak life,
For eyes that see beauty in the broken.
I praise You for the people You’ve placed in my life,
The lessons You’ve taught me gently,
And the storms that brought unexpected calm.
Gratitude reshapes my soul,
Lifting me from worry,
Grounding me in Your presence.
So make me a vessel of thanks,
A heart that remembers,
A life that reflects Your goodness.
Let me not take grace for granted.
You are my daily gift,
And I give thanks with open hands.
